More work

It's going to be a busy time for me for the next three months. The store manager left (finally) on maternity leave, and now I am the store manager (with no extra pay though! ;-(
So now I am doing my own job and store manager's job. I am fine with it. I actually love it. It will all be good again--back to normal. Everybody at the store is happy that she is gone, so much less tension. I will just be working even more than I am now.

Rob has been gone this week, be back on Friday. We all miss him at home, but it's also nice to have a clean house and quiet evenings for a change ;-) (sorry, honey!)

There is nothing else to announce, so I will get back to my paperwork.

Have fun being the "big Boss" for a few months. You'll be great at it. Glad Rob is home, even if he is messy!

I have been the "big boss" the whole time, but without the pay. I was laughing when a few weeks ago my associates were surprised to find out that I am not the store manager, but her 1st. assistant! ;-)) That was funny. Rob will be back tomorrow... He is having a good time, anyway! :-)

Enjoy less stress at work. I'm sure those extra hours will be a little easier to put in. Don't forget to take care of yourself during all this. Love you Sis.

Hi Beata! You'll make a great boss, I just know it. But you should be being paid for "higher duties". I'm glad to hear you're enjoying it though. I saw your birthday photos, I can't believe you are 37. You look so much younger.

See you

Lisa
