Got a cold
Finally I got it too. For the past weeks, everyone at work had been sick and I was the only one who wasn't. I was taking their shifts, but now when they all got better, I got sick. I feel so crappy. I had Sunday off, and today stayed at home too, so I am hoping to feeling better by tomorrow.
Last week was nice. We've had a great Valentine's Day, spended with an older man who's wife recently passed away. Rob was on the rescue team when she was having a heart attack and drove the husband to the hospital. Since then, they've became friends. So we went to his house, with fresh baked cookies, a Valentine's card, and all watched Survivor. Mr. Braun is fun, and very energetic. We really enjoyed spending time with him, and all decided to have our Thursday nights together, watching Survivor.
The day after, on the 15th, was our 7th years anniversary. Wow, hard to believe it's been already that long. Doesn't seem like that at all. We went to our favorite restaurant for an amazing dinner, and had an awesome time. The next day, since I was working late afternoon Rob decided to surprise me, and took me to Fayetteville for a delicious brunch. The day was so nice that I just didn't feel like going to work! but I had too..... ;-(
Dr. Tran is growing fast, but still is the smallest animal here. She is so funny, and loves the sink. Geez, I've never seen a cat loving water, skin care bottles, and makeup counter, as much as she does. My girl! I knew it from the beginning. She is very affectionate too, just demands her "cuddle time" whenever she feels like it, even when I am in a hurry for work. Rob still calls her pain in the butt, but I think he really likes her....
Here is a picture of her, so proud of being already employed.

I hope a few days of rest has helped. Feel better soon. Love, Mom
Hey, how is Dr. Tran getting along with Billi?
I am sorry you got a cold, and hope you are feeling better. We had the most beautiful snowfall today as I was getting off work and I thought of you. Kirby and I went for a long walk in it and enjoyed the majesty of walking in the large fluffy flakes. I think the perfect beauty of snow is only marred by the creatures of earth. If only it could fall to the ground and remain the pristine white it was as it fell. I smiled on the whole walk.
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY...i think I am a year behind...I thought it was 6 years. I hope you got a wonderful gift from that smart husband of yours.
Loved Dr. Tran's picture. Kelly got a cute new kitty this week too. All Gray.
Hello Mom, I do feel a little bit better, but it's not over yet. I am back at work though. Dr. Tran and Billie get along so well. They play most of the time.
Dearest Aunt Cindy, I will just be dreaming of that snow forever. I hope we can come to Quincy for a visit during winter time, so I can enjoy it. You are so sweet thinking of me! :-)
It's hard to believe that it has been 7 years already... wow.
Glad to hear Dr. Tran and Billi are good playmates. I miss your whole zoo. Wish I could see them more often. (You and Rob too, of course.) :)
