Getting Cooler
Finally the heat went away and now mornings are really nice and cool. Still, this summer here was nothing in comparison to Okinawa's humidity, but my migraines were killing me. Now I don't get them as often. Yeaaah!
I can't wait for winter to come. Still hoping for some snow... :-)
Chilli is growing so fast, getting longer by the hour. He is so funny but also really smart. We just love him sooooo much! He is such a good little boy. It's like having a little kid at home. There is not much of a dog in him--most of it is a spoiled baby!
I finished two small paintings, in oils. I usually use acrylics, but it's been so long since I painted in oils that I had to give it a try. I loved it. But the bad part of it is, that it has to dry for at least few months before the painting can be framed. So I will continue with my beloved acrylics. Yep--not much patience here!
Here is a few pictures from the past week. I colored my hair darker, but left few of my light blond parts. I did it at home, by myself, out of boredom, but it turned out pretty good. I am also wearing a red lipstick, which happens only once in five years! ha!ha!ha! (I took it off as soon as I had to walk out the door).
The other picture is of my friend Ken, at work. My make-up room is divided from the rest by this weird looking curtain and Ken keeps saying that it looks like a coffin (the fabrics). Everytime he comes over, he plays dead! So last week I took pictures of Ken, and I had to post it here because I just thought they were hilarious! We laughed so much while posing in front of that curtain, but had to be quiet at the same time because of the spa cleints sitting just around the corner and not knowing what's going on in the make-up department! ;-)
And there are new pictures of Chilli.
(I couldn't add these pictures here, so they are in the posting above.)
