Back from CA
I haven't had time to update my blog about our trip to Fresno, CA, which we went on last week. I finally got to meet Rob's little brother, dad, and Deb. Oh, my gosh--it was wonderful! I always loved California anyway, but it was good to see some other parts of this beautiful state. I just loved it there. Dad and Deb's house has some amazing views and several balconies, so I stayed more outside than inside. They are wonderful people and were super nice and loving. It was like we've known each other for years. I fell in love with Zane the moment I saw him. He is just an awesome kid! I never thought that a little boy can be so smart, silly, and so loving at the same time. I got my huggy moments for sure. ;-)
We had an earlier Thanksgiving while there. Dad's brothers came to visit, and also Jill and the family. We already missed Kayla and Hunter, so it was really good to see them again, and I also got to meet for the first time, Todd, Jill's husband. Such a great guy, with a great sense of humor. It was a lot of fun and the food was great. The weather was wonderful during our visit, so we all sat outside on the balcony having Thanksgiving dinner together. I'm so lucky with Rob's family on both sides. :-)
On Moday, me, Rob and dad, went to Yosemite Park. Wow! That was an amazingexperience. Soooo beautiful! We took tons of pictures and I hope I get to post them here soon...
We got back home a few days ago. I just didn't get around to post on my blog. I know I have to upload those pictures and my blogger will be acting on me. Oh, well, I can handle it. ;-)

It sounds like you and Rob had a great time in California! It's great to have a big family isn't it?
We had such a great time seeing you again so soon. Family time is the best! Love you both and hopefully we won't have to wait so long between visits. Take care.
I am glad you had a good time on your trip and got to have some more family time. I really enjoyed your pictures from the trip, but I have to say that Rob and is "little soldiers" is my favorite shot. Now you have a few days to prepare for MORE fun family togetherness for Thanksgiving. I just wish YOU were coming here.
Sounds like a great trip!! I've always wanted to visit CA too, I'm sure it was beautiful....and warmer than it has been here!

Hello girls, I enjoy the family
time a lot! Both in Quincy and in CA. It's just great that we were able to travel at the end of this year and see everybody. :-)
