Still Sick
I wish it was over now. I have been sick for about two weeks now, and now I am taking another round of different antibiotics. My doctor gave me penicillin and it was supposed to help right away, but it's not happening. I hate having pneumonia! Rob got a cold too, probably from me, so we are both feeling crappy. I hope it will all go away soon. We have to feel good for the upcoming trip. :-)
I have been taking our pets to the vet, for the regular check. It's not easy, believe me. Especially when I take the three of them together. Oh, what a mess! hahahaha! But it has to be done. The first one to go, was Bobby. It turned out that he has an enlarged heart (of course! he is just so good and loving!) his lungs are filled with fluid, and his arteries are bigger too. So I got him heart medicine, and some medicine for the fluids in his lounges. We were worried, but yesterday when I took all of them to the vet, the doctor said that Bobby is doing a little bit better, but he has to stay on heart meds for the rest of his life. I have been his nurse, and he doesn't mind having a little pill every morning.

It's been so cool lately outside. It makes me so happy when the weather is like that. I think the most beautiful fall seasons I've seen, are here, in NC.

So sorry you are still suffering. If your experience is like mine, it'll take a while before you feel 100% even after they find the right drugs. Take care.

Thank you, Dave! I had no idea you were sick too. It must be Jer's fault! She gave it to both of us! ;-) I'm sending you warm hugs to get better!
