Bella
9.00 am
I got up today at 6.00 am. Bella had been continuously vomiting during night and some in the morning. She still hasn't been drinking or eating. This poor dog has no energy and it breaks my heart to just look at her. I packed her comfortably in the car, and at 7.15 am we left for the vet appointment.
Usually she gets really excited while we are waiting for the vet to see her. She will play with other dogs, or just being silly, but not today. Today she just climbed on my lap and lied there quietly until they called her name.
The vet decided that she should stay at the clinic for the next 24 hours, getting the IV and having some tests done. He couldn't tell right away what was wrong, but said that Bella is very dehydrated and needs lots of fluids.
He carried her away from me and I was just about to cry. I really don't want to sound dramatic (ok, I know that I do) but she is my baby and I love her so much. I asked if I can call the clinic later to see how she is doing. Instead, they let me come over and see her. (Yeaaahhhh!)
I am back at home now, still sick and with fever, but I am going to drug myself with all of the Aspirins, Vitamims C and anything that I can find prescribed for cold, and head to the vet in the afternoon.
I must see her.

So sorry about Bella. I hope she'll be doing better after the IV. Let us know.
Thank you Mom! I am hoping too... She's never been sick before and I am so worried. I will be updating during the day. Love you!
Poor Bella. I know you're sad, baby. I am too, and you're right--Bobby and the cats miss Bella a lot. Your little doggy will be okay. She'll be back before you know it.
Love you!
