Down with Cold
I am sick. The whole package: fever, sneezing, snotting, coughing, sore throat and aching all over my body. I am glad that this nasty cold didn't get me during our long weekend. At least I got to enjoy it! I have been in bed all day today, just no energy and no drive to even watch television. But I will make Rob to bring me some milk and cookies; I am never too sick for that... :-)
My poor pup, Bella, has been sick too. Since last night, after our guests left, she had been throwing up constantly. She didn't drink, didn't eat, and was unusually sad. At night, she threw up some more, about 15 times, and wouldn't even leave her bed. This morning I let the dogs out, but Bella wouldn't go. I had to help her. I thought she would be fine by this morning, but she was still sick. She didn't eat breakfast, didn't drink water and hid in the bathroom, where it's dark, most of the time. Later this afternoon Bella had a little bit of water, but threw it all up. I wish I wasn't so sick so I could take her to the vet. But if she doesn't get better, I will tomorrow. My poor baby Bella... that never happened before. I am just worried.

It's evening and Bella has been threwing up again, but this time with some blood and foam. I am now seriously worried; I stopped counting how many times I've already cleaned after my poor pup. She's been doing it every 15-20 minutes. I called the vet ER and they gave me an appointment for tomorrow 8.00 am.
I just don't want to lose her.

Oh, honey, I'm so sorry. First of all, that you are sick and I hope you get better soon. But how sad that Bella is so sick too. I remember that she is an "Oki" dog. Is that true? You just found her on the street? But I also know that she has become such an adored member of your zoo.
