Chilli is getting ready for winter

The past few days had been warm, in the 70's, but the weather has been really getting cooler and nights are around 30 degrees. I love it. Not the warm part--the cold part. I am back to dreaming about snow and ice, and frost everywhere. Aunt Cindy sent me an email the same day they got the first snow in Quincy... I wish I was there with her to enjoy it! Thank you Aunt Cindy for thinking about me. :-)

Chilli can feel that winter is coming because his little body has been shivering every morning. Poor guy. He's been proudly wearing his new winter sweater, but he still needs a hat. Oh well, maybe Santa will get him one.

I got a nasty throat infection last Saturday. I got sick out of nowhere. All Sunday Rob has been taking care of me, making sure that I eat, drink, and take my medicine, so sweet of him. I could barely move. I had fever, 101'F, all day long, but today I feel better. I called in sick because I'm just still too messed up to go anywhere.

That puppy is too cute! I love the sweater-and he certainly seems to love modeling it! Hope you are feeling great by now.this weather here with all the ice is horrible - I will take snow any day!

our first little doxie had a sweater she wore all winter...and when she didn't have it on she would lay on the heat vent to keep warm. Dachaunds do not have enough coat to keep them warm on these COLD COLD days. I would love to find a fleece-lined rain coat for Kirby, who also has very little fur. We are expecting more real SNOW this week, but the ICE is awful and there have been so many nasty falls. Take care of yourself and I hope you are feeling 100% better real soon.

Chili's little sweater is too adorable. I hope it's keeping him warm. I'll send some of our cold weather your way if you send us some warm weather!

Jill, he is not taking this thing off!!! ;-)
Aunt Paulette, Yes, Chilli is so charming and he knows it. That little butt. I will take snow instead of sun anyday, too!
Aunt Cindy, I will look for a fleece coat for Kirby than! Maybe Chilli can help me with that! Lol!
MOm, the day is coming--you will be here soon! :-) We can't wait.
Hello Kelly, I am still sick, but today is my day off and I am happy to just relax. I wouldn't be any help anyway... still feeling bad. Good idea with exchanging the weather! Let's do it, girl!
